Resumo:
The access and permanence of students and education workers outof heteronormative and cisnormative models are concerns increasingly present in Professional and Technological Education. This article proposes a contextualized analysis, based on a study carried out in Professor Francisco das Chagas Ribeiro de Azevedo EETEPA-CACAU-ICOARACI State School, which aimed to build an educational practice on Gender and Sexuality in Integrated High School. It is concluded that the importance given narratively to Gender and Sexuality is not accompanied by practices that not only make this diversity visible, but also break silencing or trials to homogenize different gender identities and sexual orientations in everyday school life.
