Resumo:
This work approaches the reality of the schools of the vicinal Chico Elias located in the Transamazonic Highway, in Pacajá Pará. In this sense, this work had as objective to make an analysis of the situation of the vicinal schools and the valorization of the same for the diverse forms of contexts introduced in the field school environment. Thus, a study on the factors that cause difficulties in the full development of the school activities in the vicinal to arrive at a consideration on the subject, was carried out the methodology, using a qualitative approach of bibliographical research, of several authors that discuss about the theme and information collection through the field study, about the problems that interfere in the teaching and learning process of the students. The research concluded that the actions carried out in the said vicinal in relation to the schools do not happen in a contextualized way with the reality of the same, having, therefore, the need for an educational policy approach geared to a rural perspective and with connected educational practices of the local context. For the lack of this educational policy inherent to the contexts of the rural school has become more discouraged and disinterested by students and teachers in the local school community.
