This paper aims to present how the use of comics in the reading room can contribute significantly to the practice of reading. For this, the São Francisco de Assis primary school was chosen, which already has activities related to the reading room. The work is developed through bibliographical research, based on some authors of the area, who approach on the subject in question, because by making use of comics in the reading room the student acquires a development of proficient reading. The use of Comic Books allows the reader to understand and interpret independently the texts read and leads the teacher to realize the relevance of developing independent, critical and reflexive readers. Therefore, teachers are offered concrete means to carry out coherent activities that favor the insertion of the student in the scope of reading through the reading room. |
