To this end, we elaborate the following research problem: How the identity of black teachers was/is being built in Basic Education in the municipality of Tracuateua-PA? The study was based on the qualitative approach research, with application in field research, the data collection instrument was the semi-structured questionnaire. The sample consisted of 15 (fifteen) black teachers. The data collected were analyzed from the analysis of ideological discourse (BAKHTIN/VOLOCHÍNOV, 2014), emphasizing the most expressive discourses. The results show that the black teachers of Tracuateua in northeastern Pará identified themselves as black women (black women and brown), their identities were built in the midst of a social reality marked by the relationships of racism discrimination and segregation. This study also reveals that the school is permeated by racism and discrimination, experienced daily by the subjects involved in the educational process. The main conclusion of this study reveals that some black women and teachers suffered discrimination and prejudice during their lifetime, this marked the construction of their ethnic identityand made them understand the importance of the fight for an anti-racist education. Esse estudo objetivou analisar a identidade de professoras negras na Educação Básica no município de Tracuateua-PA. Para tanto, elaboramos o seguinte problema de pesquisa: Como a identidade de professoras negras foi/está sendo construída na Educação Básica no município de Tracuateua-PA? O estudo esteve pautado na pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, com aplicação em pesquisa de campo, o instrumento de coleta de dados foi o questionário semiestruturado. A amostragem foi constituída por 15 (quinze) professoras negras. Os dados coletados foram analisados a partir da análise do discurso ideológico (BAKHTIN/VOLOCHÍNOV, 2014), dando ênfase aos discursos mais expressivos. Os resultados evidenciam que as professoras negras de Tracuateua no nordeste do Pará se auto identificaram como mulheres negras (pretas e pardas), suas identidades foram construídas em meio a uma realidade social marcada pelas relações de discriminação racismo e segregação. Esse estudo revela ainda que a escola é permeada pelo racismo e discriminação, vivenciados diariamente pelos sujeitos envolvidos no processo educativo.
