Among these, Food and Nutrition Education is an indispensable tool, especially in working with children, becoming more efficient from the planning of playful and dynamic actions, which can use technological devices as facilitating instruments. Thus, the manual stands out as an instructive Educational Technology that aims to share information capable of guiding health professionals in the application of Food and Nutrition Education for children. Objectives: To elaborate a ludic activities manual of food and nutrition education in PHC. Method: To prepare the manual, Food and Nutrition Education activities previously developed and applied by the extension project team at the Federal University of Pará were used: “Health workshop: Food and Nutrition Education Actions for Children in Primary Health Care” in a Municipal Health Unit. Health in the Guamá neighborhood, in Belém, Pará, from March 2019 to February 2020. Results: The manual in its final form has 33 pages where 10 activities of Food and Nutrition Education are presented. The design of the Educational Technology was based on the association of vibrant colors with minimalist visual elements in order to make reading more attractive. Conclusion: From the preparation of the manual, it was possible to highlight the relevance of this type of Educational Technology and its functionality as a simplifying apparatus for the development of Food and Nutrition Education actions, as well as the importance of the debate on the topics addressed for empowerment and development of autonomy of the child audience. Thus, the applicability of the manual in Primary Health Care is emphasized due to the relevance of such sector for the execution of educational actions, in which the tool in question presents itself as an important facilitating tool during their planning. Introdução: A Atenção Primária à Saúde é considerada como setor privilegiado para a aplicação de medidas preventivas e educativas. Dentre essas, a Educação Alimentar e Nutricional é uma ferramenta indispensável, sobretudo no trabalho com o público infantil, tornando-se mais eficiente a partir do planejamento de ações lúdicas e dinâmicas, que podem utilizar aparatos tecnológicos como instrumentos facilitadores. Dessa forma, o manual destaca-se como uma Tecnologia Educativa instrutiva que visa compartilhar informações capazes de orientar profissionais da saúde na aplicação de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional para crianças. Objetivos: Elaborar um manual com atividades lúdicas de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional para crianças na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: Para a confecção do manual foram utilizadas atividades de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional previamente elaboradas e aplicadas pela equipe do projeto de extensão da Universidade Federal do Pará: “Oficina da saúde: Ações de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional Para Crianças na Atenção Primária à Saúde” em uma Unidade Municipal de Saúde do bairro do Guamá, em Belém, Pará, durante o período de março de 2019 a fevereiro de 2020. Resultados: O manual em sua forma final conta com 33 páginas onde são apresentadas 10 atividades de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional. O design da Tecnologia Educacional foi baseado na associação de cores vibrantes com elementos visuais minimalistas com objetivo de tornar a leitura mais atraente. Conclusão: A partir da elaboração do manual foi possível evidenciar a relevância desse tipo de Tecnologia Educativa e sua funcionalidade como aparato simplificador para o desenvolvimento de ações de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional, bem como a importância do debate sobre as temáticas abordadas para o empoderamento e desenvolvimento de autonomia do público infantil.
