Given the importance of this theme, a questionnaire containing 16 questions was applied, prepared via Google Forms, with multiple choice and discursive questions, which was answered completely online, with the participation of 13 teachers. For the elaboration of this research, a qualitative approach of descriptive nature was used. The results obtained evidenced the challenges present in the teaching practice during the ERE, as well as their perspective regarding that moment. O presente trabalho apresenta uma pesquisa referente ao processo de docência no ensino em química durante a pandemia da Covid-19. O objetivo deste, é analisar os desafios e as perspectivas dos professores de química durante o Ensino Remoto Emergencial - ERE. Dada a importância dessa temática, aplicou-se um questionário contento 16 perguntas, elaborado via Google Forms, com perguntas de múltipla escolha e discursivas, o qual foi respondido de forma totalmente online, contando com a participação de 13 docentes. Para a elaboração desta pesquisa, utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa de cunho descritivo.
