Currently, mobility within the island and between the island and the city of Belém (PA) is a challenge, which compromises the development of this region and the access of the island's local residents to the benefits that the urban area of Belém can provide them. Therefore, this study sought to propose river routes that would allow the mobility of residents and tourists, where to achieve this objective, it was necessary to characterize the micro-regions of the Island, as well as quantify this population, in order to determine the best embarkation points within the Island. Demand from tourists and residents was also raised in relation to times and number of trips, corroborating the suggestion for the tourist route. The research is of an applied nature, with a quantitative approach, where the following procedures were carried out: bibliographical research, documentary research and field research. The findings pointed to the creation of a tourist route, where the Microareas Igarapé Combu (M1), Furo do Paciência and Piriquitaquara (M2) and Furo São Benedito (M3) will be served, with a total of 1,589 residents. For tourist mobility, vessels will carry out a minimum number of ten (10) trips per day. Five (05) trips must take place in the THRB – Combu direction and five (05) trips in the Combu – THRB direction. Furthermore, the operating hours of the lines must start at 9 am and end at 8 pm, according to the terminal's operation. Future demand research is needed where data can be categorized between residents and tourists. A Ilha do Combu é um importante destino turístico e lar de comunidades ribeirinhas. Atualmente, a mobilidade dentro da ilha e entre a ilha e a cidade de Belém (PA) é um desafio, o que compromete o desenvolvimento dessa região e o acesso dos moradores locais da ilha aos benefícios que a zona urbana de Belém pode proporciona-lhes. Destarte, este estudo buscou propor rotas fluviais que permitissem a mobilidade de moradores e turistas, onde para alcançar tal objetivo, fora preciso caracterizar as microrregiões da Ilha, bem como quantificar essa população, para que assim determinasse os melhores pontos de embarque dentro da Ilha. Também se levantou a demanda de turistas e moradores em relação a horários e número de viagens, corroborando na sugestão para a rota turística. A pesquisa é de natureza aplicada, possuindo abordagem quantitativa, onde foram realizados os procedimentos de: pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo. Os achados apontaram para a criação de uma rota turística, onde serão atendidas as Microáreas Igarapé Combu (M1), Furo do Paciência e Piriquitaquara (M2) e Furo São Benedito (M3), apresentando um total 1.589 moradores. Para a mobilidade turística, embarcações realizarão uma quantidade mínima de dez (10) viagens por dia. Cinco (05) viagens deverão acontecer no sentido THRB – Combu e cinco (05) viagens no sentido Combu – THRB. Além disso, o horário de operação das linhas deve iniciar às 9 horas e finalizar às 20 horas, de acordo com o funcionamento do terminal.
