This is a study of an applied nature based on a literature review and survey of information about the historical context of the issue, gender roles and stereotypes, university teaching and the changes caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Explanatory feature research, addressing concepts and presenting the importance of digital tools and technologies for communication and the contact of teachers with students in the middle of remote education. It adopts as a method the case study, reflecting on the life of female professors of the Library course of the Federal University of Amazonas in the midst of the health crisis of COVID-19, assuming that the university is the universe and the course the sample, being the subjects of the research the professors who work in the formation of librarians in the institution. The online questionnaire conducted via Google Forms was used as an instrument for data collection, sent to the teachers' e-mail, which has open and closed questions, in a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Considering that pandemic had a marked impact on the lives of teachers, indicating the need for adaptations, the improvement of technological skills, reorganization of working time, inequalities in the division of tasks in the home environment, which reflected in teaching as a work overload. Apresenta um estudo sobre a práticas das docentes no curso de Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal do Amazonas no contexto da Pandemia de Covid-19, tendo como objetivo identificar as implicações que ocorreram durante as mudanças do ensino presencial ao remoto, buscando compreender como as docentes (re)organizaram seu tempo profissional com as atividades diárias, visto que a prática em realizar multitarefas está relacionada diretamente ao gênero desde sua existência. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza aplicada apoiado em uma revisão da literatura e levantamento de informações acerca do contexto histórico da questão, papéis e estereótipos de gênero, à docência universitária e às mudanças ocasionadas pela Pandemia de Covid-19. Pesquisa de característica explicativa, abordando conceitos e apresentando a importância das ferramentas e tecnologias digitais para comunicação e o contato dos docentes com os discentes em meio ao ensino remoto. Adota como método o estudo de caso, refletindo sobre a vida das docentes do gênero feminino do curso de Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal do Amazonas em meio à crise sanitária de COVID-19, assumindo que a universidade é o universo e o curso a amostra, sendo os sujeitos da pesquisa as professoras que atuam na formação de bibliotecários na instituição. Utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de dados, o questionário online realizado via Google Forms, enviado ao e-mail das docentes, que dispôs de perguntas abertas e fechadas, em uma análise qualitativa e quantitativa.
