To this end, a survey was developed, which we call in this work, the State of Knowledge about the TCCs produced between 2011 and 2021 in Higher Education Institutions. Regarding the research method, we chose to use a qualitative approach in education, with emphasis on the techniques of literature review and collection and analysis of documentary data. We used as theoretical support authors and actors who discuss the Teaching of Geography in the Early Years, as well as authors who help in discussions about research of the State of Knowledge type. Among the results found, we note that the teaching of Geography in the early years, based on the search descriptors “geography in the early years”, “music in geography teaching” and “geography teaching methodologies”, has not been the stage for academic production in the Course Conclusion Papers, which reveals a certain lack of merit around the theme in the teacher training of pedagogy courses in northern Brazil. Only two TCCs were found, these with productions linked to public institutions. Based on the results found, we consider that Geography in the Initial Years is still not considered an important topic to be worked on in TCCs, which leads to thinking that the teaching of Geography for the mentioned level of education lacks attention in the teacher training offered by the teaching institutions (private and public) in the northern region of Brazil and that many efforts still must be taken so that the reality of research in the teaching of Geography acquires new horizons. O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso foi desenvolvido no Curso de Pedagogia da UFAM/IEAA, cujo objetivo foi apresentar um levantamento no âmbito das universidades públicas e privadas na região norte brasileira, entre 2011 e 2021, dos Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso que tiveram, em seu foco central, o ensino de Geografia nos anos iniciais. Em relação ao método de pesquisa optou-se na utilização da abordagem qualitativa em educação, com ênfase nas técnicas de revisão de literatura e levantamento e análise de dados documentais. Utilizamos como apoio teórico autores e autoras que discutem o Ensino de Geografia nos Anos Iniciais, bem como autores e autoras que auxiliam nas discussões acerca da pesquisa do tipo Estado do Conhecimento. Dentre os resultados encontrados, notamos que o ensino de Geografia nos Anos iniciais, a partir dos descritores de busca “geografia nos anos iniciais”, “a música no ensino de geografia” e “metodologias do ensino de geografia”, não tem sido palco de produção acadêmica nos Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso, o que revela certo desmerecimento em torno da temática na formação docente dos cursos de pedagogia no norte brasileiro. Apenas dois TCCs foram encontrados sendo estes com produções vinculadas a instituições públicas, destes, somente um se enquadra no recorte da pesquisa, ou seja, seu foco era os anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental.
