In this final project, an urban proposal was made with the objective of allocating a social function to a large green fragment present in Manaus and at the same time replacing a portion of the historic housing deficit in the city, with the implementation of 450 housing units, ensuring density to make land use efficient, as well as promoting urban vitality. The project will have not only the housing itself, but also urban facilities that are currently non-existent in the neighborhood and its surroundings, in addition to being an open space to the public with a diversity of use in the buildings. All these uses are organized on the plot in order to maintain a balance with the green in its natural condition. |
