The project will have not only the housing itself, but also urban facilities that are currently non-existent in the neighborhood and its surroundings, in addition to being an open space to the public with a diversity of use in the buildings. All these uses are organized on the plot in order to maintain a balance with the green in its natural condition. Neste trabalho final de graduação foi realizada uma proposta urbana com o objetivo de destinar uma função social a um grande fragmento verde presente em Manaus e ao mesmo tempo repor uma parcela do déficit histórico de moradia na cidade, com a implantação de 450 unidades habitacionais de interesse social, garantindo a densidade para tornar o uso do solo eficiente, além de promover a vitalidade urbana. O projeto contará não apenas com a moradia em si, mas também com equipamentos urbanos que atualmente são inexistentes no bairro e em suas proximidades, além de ser um espaço aberto ao público com diversidade de uso nas edificações. Todos estes usos estão organizados no lote de forma a manter o equilíbrio com o verde na sua condição natural. 3 Sim Primeiramente ao fazer o registro o site dava erro.
