Resumo:
BACKGROUND: Sexual education is a body of knowledge about human health, emotions, self-protection, well-being, identity, responsibility, consent, and the differentiation of types of touch that others are authorized or not authorized to have with the body of children and adolescents. It is a pathway to be followed as a form of prevention against sexual violence. In this context, sexual education is considered a transversal theme in Physical Education. However, it is observed that this theme is not effectively implemented in school Physical Education classes. AIM: To develop a didactic-pedagogical proposal aimed at the integration of the transversal theme of Sexual Education into school Physical Education classes. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This research is a documentary analysis, exploratory and descriptive in nature, of educational guidelines related to Sexual Education in Physical Education, followed by the design of strategies for the effective inclusion of this topic in school Physical Education classes. RESULTS: The National Curriculum Parameters (PCNs) address the transversal theme of Sexual Education through thematic blocks, while other documents (BNCC, RCA) analyzed do not mention the theme. Based on the PCNs, strategies were devised for the inclusion of blocks such as: "Body: Matrix of Sexuality," "Gender Relations," and "Prevention of STIs" within the scope of school Physical Education, in connection with the culture of movement. CONCLUSION: The absence of Sexual Education in teacher training curricula and educational normative documents hinders the systematization and implementation of this theme within schools, and consequently, within school Physical Education classes. Therefore, developing a didactic-pedagogical proposal appears to be the first step toward effectively addressing this theme through Physical Education teachers. Keywords: Culture of movement, school, basic education, teacher training, gender.
