Introduction: The National School Feeding Program (PNAE), regulated by Law
No. 11,947 / 09, established the provision of healthy eating and food and nutrition
education. It is also established that at least 30% of the resource from the FNDE
must be destined to the purchase of food from family agriculture. Objective:
Verify compliance with paragraph 1 of article 14, Law No. 11,947/2009, and
article 33 of Resolution CD / FNDE No. 26/2013, and other applicable legislation.
Methodology: This is a crosssectional study with quantitative analysis carried
out in 15 municipalities of the state of Pará, through an online survey of public
call notices, discarding the municipalities that did not make the notice available
in the search means. Results: The results showed nonconformities in all
municipalities surveyed, noting the lack of information necessary for the
adequacy of rural producers on the qualification of food in public calls.
Conclusion: Most managers and technicians have not considered current
legislation to describe food specifications in their public calls. |
